Any dry filler can be mixed into Alumilite to add different characteristics and to extend the volume of Alumilite Casting Resin. You can add as much or as little as you would like. But realize the more you add, the thicker the resin will be to work with and pour. Make sure your fillers are completely mixed into the resin and that no clusters of powder are in your resin prior to pouring. A rule of thumb for the maximum amount of dry filler to add is 100% by volume. Mold Release is used to protect and extend the life of your molds!
