We also try to provide a unique and innovative form of customer service.

One of these services is to reward consistent customers with free items or discounts on the spur of the moment.

One day perhaps you will find that we have shipped your order for free; or have enclosed a free item you didn't even purchase.

This reward service starts at about 5 to 7 decent orders from the same customer or company.

When your patronage has reached 10 to 15 decent orders; we will begin to send you free items that you have not even placed an order for!

These items may be new things that we have acquired; new products of our own that we have introduced; or just things that we think you may like.

We base our decision on what item to send to each particular customer on which items they may have purchased in the past; or which items they are currently purchasing.

This reward system is simply to say thank you for helping us to pursue our beloved hobby.

This is what we stated when we opened our store, when we had no customers, and what we continue to say today - to all the customers we now have!
